I am glad to worked with karvy b'coz I have learnt many importent things for this organisation how communicate with customers if we are into a professional way and excellent with time management skills how work in under pressure work management skills that's it

Dislike is not there but I am not satisfied with the package so became very tough to manage my family and manage my expenses

I worked as customer support executive their is no job satisfaction atall and work is more and salary is verry less while comparing to another company , it should change its culture their is no activities for us than work

...ning, less training given to employees but expectations from employees are more. very less package even after taking all the challenges. According to talent and performance there is no appreciation and appraisals. Instead of motivation high authority will always puts pressure and scolds.

The nature of head department employees are good and they co-ordinate with us . And the salary structure of company was also good.

The target achievement and pressuring by the company from the begining is disappointed me.

If you have passion for stock market than you can step karvy but ... Just for own knowledge only!!!!!!

80% of chance that you have to pay from your own pocket. Heavy pressure with long hour of stretching in very low salary. Too much is partility is there.... Dirty politics involved in every where.
