recently they have added the new policy of salary hold that i don’t like apart from that everything is very good there

...ning, less training given to employees but expectations from employees are more. very less package even after taking all the challenges. According to talent and performance there is no appreciation and appraisals. Instead of motivation high authority will always puts pressure and scolds.

Salary very less, still my savings is zero.

I hate that incentive policy which change each and every in a couple of months according to the company welfare but not fit for employees, common dear it's The Hyderabad we didn't have enough saving for the month end

yaa karvy is a very good company to learn a work apart from salary every thing is gud but salaries are very low..

karvy gives a gud salary package for new hiring people But there is no growth for existing employees of karvy.

...o support to people who work under.work environment is ok.no innovation nothing.salary ll be not paid on time.they delay hold giving reasons.no support.so much politics inside the office.not a good place to work overall
