Notice Period Issues
My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Purely nothing.

Dislikes

Work culture, late salary payment ( delay by a month), No PF payment even after deduction, Tax is deducted but not paid, no hikes for employees even after completion of 2 years more over salary is being reduced.

There is no new learning at this organisation and the senior management has some communication gap at their level.

Dislikes
