... was working in Karvy Innotech in the IT dept, the overall experience was worst. whether it was related to salary part, future growth, increment, promotion, work environment, management politics. even after leaving the job, our whole team has not received relieving & experience letter, 9 to 10 months has been past and still am struggling for getting my relieving and experience letter.

Dislikes

Dirty management, no growth or promotion was provided on performance base, no salary increment, unhealthy work environment, Uncooperative HR department.

when its time for salary credit on every month karvy will make u to run daily to hr department..they will never credit on time and once it got skipped wantedly or bymistake the salary then forget it then it may get credited in the next month... Hr department never update aadhar and pan and account details on time in the portal which creates issue during salary crediting time...

Karvy Innotech is a fraud company; they are not paying expensive travel expenses to field engineers. I was working for Karvy for a long period of time as I completed my one year for Karvy Innotech as a server engineer for Dell EMC projects. I have to travel to multiple data centres for the cases. When I stop visiting the data centre because of money problem also cut my salary because I am not visiting data centre All I wanted to said you I am waste my 1 year of career in carving please

I m not satisfy with the karvy innotech ltd service. they are paying to salary on given timeline. they are not response issue. they are only give intimations at the to leave the company.

...d leave office at their convenient. No culture, No employe work tracking system. Salary comes late , PF amount is pending from last 1 year, 2 years FNF amount is pending. Worst company in basis pf skill development personal growth etc (I am HR guy so i know everything) please ignore this company.
