I m not satisfy with the karvy innotech ltd service. they are paying to salary on given timeline. they are not response issue. they are only give intimations at the to leave the company.

Nothing I worked for five years with zero appraisal and zero promotion

They never given salary on times some times around 2 months. Forget about increment worst experience no F&F They promise alot but give you zero

when its time for salary credit on every month karvy will make u to run daily to hr department..they will never credit on time and once it got skipped wantedly or bymistake the salary then forget it then it may get credited in the next month... Hr department never update aadhar and pan and account details on time in the portal which creates issue during salary crediting time...

work culture terrible, salary issues every month, pf issues every month, profile details not updating on time in the portal

I like their lie words. They were assured me my marriage leave but after that the cut total leave amount of my marriage. I have sent them the leave application mail (12 Days having 4-5 days week off) before one month and they did not share any objection mail. God Bless Them..!

Dislikes

They are not gives salary within the date which they are promised. There are fraction of 0 percent salary hike but not sure when. Job security is absolute 0%. There are having inner politics. Someone give 5 years and also give his/her whole potential but he faced lot of friction to achieve increment but on the other hand, someone give nothing and enjoining with another Girls and Boys but suck the shoe of special species, they got shine. I like those most.
