There's nothing to like. Some of the management people specially who belong to operations are very bossy and dominating. They take things personally and are revengeful.

... staff. We didn't even get our pf contribution yet. HR is not at all supportive. They deducted our pf amount from salary and never trans it to the pf account.

No salary on time company deducted my 1 year PF but not added even working as agent earlier got promoted as Quality analyst in worked around 3 years company got closed and I still not got my experience letter and nobody cooperated even HR told you will not get there is no source of contact i faced lots of trouble to get job after 2020

The only thing I like about working there is the process which I am supporting Flipkart..

Low salary, work pressure, no much leaves, no promotion, no benefits, no job security and the main thing which I dislike is payroll system as they do not provide salaries on time.
