My process was very good, my seniors were cooperative and friendly.

Leaving the company by giving resign was my biggest mistake, i was informed that in case of resignation, the resignation period salary is credited within 45-90 days, but it took more than 6 months for them to credit my salary and that too with continuous follow-ups. Our salary used to come from head office in Bangalore, and when i used to go to their HR for my fnf amount, they simply used to deny that we can't do anything from our side,you yourself has to contact to the head office via mail for same. That was really worst experience in my entire job and i really had to struggle hard to get my salary out. The HR is the worst of the company

No salary on time company deducted my 1 year PF but not added even working as agent earlier got promoted as Quality analyst in worked around 3 years company got closed and I still not got my experience letter and nobody cooperated even HR told you will not get there is no source of contact i faced lots of trouble to get job after 2020

The only thing I like about working there is the process which I am supporting Flipkart..

Low salary, work pressure, no much leaves, no promotion, no benefits, no job security and the main thing which I dislike is payroll system as they do not provide salaries on time.

Good customer service training, frequent IJP'S, noon food provided, incentives and gifts for good performance.voice, semi-voice and non voice process available, no target.

Dislikes

Salary may delay, upraisal not proper, high pressure in seasons.
