unfair pay no job security overwork most important thing i would say just search about Gwalior karvy office witch was done very bad with his employee salary issue and pf issue stile pf was not credit

However karvy has not provided 2 months pending salary in the normal time only they will not credit salary on time in the covid pandemic situation how they'll support worst company nowbody will take leadership

In the company, we were getting promotion according to our work. But company has salary issue with many employees. Also they don't pay regular salary, overtime, etc...

We were facing salary issue, and also not getting appraisal according to work. They used to force us to work after shift time and on week off also

There is no promotion after completing one year .No salary increment ,And hr also not helpfull for employee .Those person is on unit manager who dows not have proper knowledge of process which he work .So my experience is so worst. Thanks

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is high. Salary is very low. And increment is a joke. We work 9 to 10 hour a day and company give salary only 5200/-. I just suggest all the new guys who will intrest to join this company please do not waste carrier to join this company
