There are very good culture in an organisation. We worked with the top level of Manager and there was no bounding on work at immediately,they give the time to complete the work if there are any problem then the manager learn the situation to handle that problem. So it was very good for me and thankful to the all members of Karvy to support me for my new career.

...y work very seriously and maintain the rule and regulations of the organisation. But the compensation is decent but growth is slow.

...ammates, good company to work and to build career over here, smart work must do. canteen facilities cafeteria over all good company but salary have to increase.

less salary, no cab facilities only one way is available for night shift workers. worst team leaders, targets.

They never deposit the salary on time. They did not credit my last month salary in my account even I did so many attempt on mail that please credit my salary please credit my salary after my resignation

Nothing becuase sutherland was taken over by karvy or elsw i would have never hold so long in that company

No ptoper management, salary are still pending & no FNF is proccesessed no prior intimation given by company abt service drop down
