...operations , along with that we have to do sales and even do substaff work also. But no bonus no exgratia, no increments. Even we didnt take our leave also. if one employee leave in branch other employee is not allowed to take leave. Compulsorily sitting upto night 8'o clk or 9'o clk, even work is there or not. Worst work life balance. Very Very worst HR service too.

Salary and benefits are almost par with Govt banks who are in IBA

Except salary and benefits dislikes almost everything.If you are looking to join this bank make sure you just stay for max of 2 or 3 years learn something and leave for a better job. Your value won't be appreciated here.

Nothing to mention. Only that u get the salary on time. Even for that they keep threatening .

Everything! No work culture No work life balance Expected to stay long to impress boss They will complicate even simple process and say we are under performing . They will transfer everyone and keep the branch short staffed and they will finally blame us saying we did not improve business. Management is fully biased. Rules differ for everyone. If u know some top official, then u are special! They won’t provide basic toilet and restroom facilities also . No career growth. They will put u in operations and still judge ur performance with sales only. If u know to sell, u can even become the GM. It’s not required to have knowledge, only selling skill matters for them.

No common rule for everyone as such, if you are favourite to upper management you will get promoted easily, no daily task given, no proper way to analyse work efficiency of employees. Whether we do 2 desk jobs or 3 desk job rating is same as to person who doesn't or is incapable of doing the task. Very discriminatory behaviour towards employees and the person who does work is even entire work of department and who doesn't is even sympathy ( nor he is trained punished de promoted moved to other department as per his caliber just he stays in team and we have to do his work as he is trying he is poor guy and we have to hear that you are good why don't you do so basically if you are good at work don't go as you may have to sit till 10 and no flexibility in work and not ready to change in any work culture. Culture is worst. It is bad of both worlds MNC and Govt org.
