Always competitions to who is the head in the hostels, with salary and experience basses response SRO balasaraswathi to give other SROs,and threatening talking, she always speak Gossip and create gang for her safty.no one don't give respect to hard works. Lot of politics ongoing all time into the hostel.

The environment is good but people are too bad. They will not allow you to work peacefully. The word increment isn't a word in their dynasty.

If you are a hostel faculty working in that college then you should work for 24/7 sometimes there will be night study where faculty should take responsibility during night hours.
