Here kstdc itself is good corporation, but unfortunately here lots of politics are there. This is the place where carriers growth is very less and job security is nothing, if supposed you are manager a hotel you should keep the monthaly business always in profit otherwise they can through you anytime. You have to do work under million of pressure of higher authority.

...lots of politics, Here alwys be ready for pressure of higher officer not work, Compensation is not what you aspects, Job security will gone if you did any mistakes by mistake.

Karnatka state is one of the best tourism department in India.. Enviornmente is very good. Support ing to the Co worker... Finally is good

The work place where I work is good but as a outsider u have to adjust to the local it take time to adjust if u get adjust than ur comfortable with work overall i can say it's a new place of work nd new things can be learned in work process

Dislike means telling unweired things about u to higher authorities knowingly tat to if ur doing work properly nd poking things which are not required living tat everything is k nd better place to work nd have knowledge abr the work
