Office politics at its core and caste ridden system..As people belongs specific caste will be considered for higher positions and there will not be job threat for them , in addition HR team ( mostly belongs to same caste of highiest manager ) created like minded group to collect information about staff through immoral way from drivers and office boys...If one how to manage it, they have very good future
