Place of Posting can be an issue for metro kids. After some years of working it becomes routine job and exploring new things becomes less.

The feeling of heavy responsibility, pressure,and stress associated with one's job

It's a bank just for the sake. If you want to work then you have to leave all your moral ethics or you have to face continuous problems with the management worst service to the employees

Dislikes

There is no value for women. No one will care in the management when any women gave complaint especially chairman, he won't even consider the complaint of a women if it is related to officer and above position no matter what the women facing.

torture from our great chairman and RM , they will make us work like donkey , for name sake it is RRB but worst than private , our RM GM SM force us to do insurance so that they can enjoy the benefits

No support at all ...being asked to work for extra hours.. They are asking to come by own vehicle. They are asking to apply leave if not able to come by own vehicle.

Dislikes

Strict Work culture, transfer harrasment, burden due to staff shortage, politics, staff will be asked to work for 10 hrs without giving monetary benefit for extra hours
