Dislikes

Extreme high-handedness of higher officers, too much hierarchy, steeped in bureaucracy. It's a bubble, basically - they have no incentives to change.

There are no good things to comment.. one of the worst organization that I worked.

Cheap minded people.. especially no growth for males. Salary hike will only for females.. Males should work like a hell..
