If work here on contract basis it's only for 2 years afterwards you have to leave. As it's a govt. Company there is a procedure for employment through exams & interview.

Teammates are somewhat good ,that all can adjust salary , compansation is also good

Everything is good but having so much pressure on field personels ,

Having so much pressure regarding sales , They only pressurize to marketing department rest all departments are cool, Did not gives proper product portfolio,but pressurize for the sales. Having very cheap products but they need volume business, having only 10 products but want huge sales amount. Overall they only pressurize to marketing department without proper product list and product range also.

It’s been a good while, those who goes through contract base it’s very tough to survive, so it’s a great opportunity for freshers for industrial knowledge and experience

Dislikes

Internal politics between employers and executives, tough to being good and polite
