I don't think so that there is any dislike that exists but I want to give one suggestion to the management of KARMV and Company as follow: 1. conduct the training programs to increase the efficiency of work 2. Apply the Rotation concept to employees in the concerned departments 3. conduct meeting between all the employees and heads of the company where each and everyone shares own previous month working experience. 4. conduct the employee of the year concept also to enhance the interest of the employee regarding work. Here is some suggestion from my side at personal level please don't take otherwise

i don't think so that any improvement is required but continuous improvement is necessary for a long term growth. I just recommend that make a training session & discuss the recent amendment with employees.
