KARMV and Company are one of the leading Chartered Accountant firms I have also registered under this firm as an article assistant and I invest my 3 years of my life with KARMV and Company and his team. where I get a good return in the form of enhancing my working knowledge in the field of Accounting, Taxation, Stat. Audit, Internal Audit etc

I don't think so that there is any dislike that exists but I want to give one suggestion to the management of KARMV and Company as follow: 1. conduct the training programs to increase the efficiency of work 2. Apply the Rotation concept to employees in the concerned departments 3. conduct meeting between all the employees and heads of the company where each and everyone shares own previous month working experience. 4. conduct the employee of the year concept also to enhance the interest of the employee regarding work. Here is some suggestion from my side at personal level please don't take otherwise

Karmv and company is one of the best Chartered accountant firm in this field. It provide me the platform where i gain so many experiences in the field of auditing and taxation.

i don't think so that any improvement is required but continuous improvement is necessary for a long term growth. I just recommend that make a training session & discuss the recent amendment with employees.
