Good company with worklife balance & Job security.

Dislikes

Company has to work on salary and compensation as per market, which they are lacking and not even concentrating on that. Appraisal and promotion system is also not upto the mark. Because of which they are loosing good talent.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. I never feel any kind of job insecurity during covid pandemic period although the management is full supporting during the pandemic and it is a very good thing.

There is great team bonding and feel free environment.for your work and write to speak.You are free to talk to higher management regarding your issues (personal as well as official.)they are going to support you. Mr Radha kant Jaisawal always support there team and try to work on personal development of all the employee,so that they grow in there personal life.There believe is if you develop in your personal life then you do well in your job also. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
