I am working since 3 years in this company and it has given my anonymous amount of work experience and knowledge I am very happy to lead the team and love the work culture. I also would like to recommend this company as an client I have no words to express my gratitude towards this company as it's more like my home and my family.

There is no such dislikes . People who are motivated and dedicated can grow here and you have to be passionate enough to archive your goals and impress from your work. Many bad comments are just fictitious about this company I can bet you cannot find a company as Kareer Krafters anywhere best company ever.

No work culture No ethics No job security No product training Recommended to not join the company as they run on politics and there are high chances of being terminated anytime of the day Its very important to understand, the job profile given on any job portal does not match the work they make you do also. No Pf No gratuity No leaves Neither there is a work life balance.

One of the worst company to work with, the owner of the company Mr.Mehta is a clown he appoints people without any clarity gives training in one day and starts expecting to understanding everything in a day. Without any assessment he messages on WhatsApp to not to come in the office because he doesn't like anything. People working there are also weird. Pratik being an employee acts as a manager in the company. He decides people going on breaks. One cannot take breaks or even attend any calls during work. It's like working as a slave for 8hrs.

Worst company have ever seen in my life. They appoint you without giving you clarification about job description.Suddenly they start expecting sales and marketing work and to provide them targets.We join the company for better prospect. Upon not getting the set target, they immediately without giving notice period terminate you. Thay make you jobless. Disgusting place to work. I would advise anyone who is going this company,. Pls clarify about your job role and don't resign previous company without trail. The director the company is not trustworthy .
