Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Total worst experience I ever had. Seniors behaviour is not good. They torcher for small things. Assign work and commit reimbursement for traveling ,but don't stand with their commitment. If you ask for the same will torcher for resignation. Work culture is as bad as hell. So I suggest N.I.F.T or any other institution students never join Kare enterprice Pvt Ltd,coz they don't care about you.
