Worse company worse company culture only politics. And there management is very worse like there not any word use for planning and management thus company work like peti contractor it's really bad experience in fabrication of projects like bullet train but not valued of nation project.... Its too bad culture for work and there is only salary growth but knowledge growth is nill batta sannata. There is reapited fabricate material no grade priority no thickness priority no welding consumables priority all works going with 2or3 time repeated rework poor management poor engineering culture there all are only 12th pass supervisor... Fake documents shown and join company like g..dluck boy's there is no holidays there only 15th august and 26th january and Diwali one day... All another's days are going with duty 2nd Oct 1st may dussera Diwali Holi there only need working.
