...any facilities for staff. Company policies are good, but some want some changes. Company give good salary and bonus every year.

There is a lots of police &the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Many director they're approval is big challenge.

Verry poor experience, no job security at all. They hold your salary, terminate you without any reason, each employee are in very under pressure at work. If we mailed to them regarding our issues, there is no proper response from HR or GM level management. Heavy politics at work.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. No proper response from Management even not single reply on our mail or message from HR or GM.

...rk culture also nil, if you suggest anything then you will be fired or insulted. Company policies just on paper not in real, you are sudden fire or your salary will be hold for more than months. Genuine advice pls do not join there else you will waste your precious career time..

They done there work but at the end they hold your salary without any proper notice or intimation. Management Frequently change decision & blame on you for failure. Pls do not join n do not waste your time.

used abuse language with staff. Zero job security. No leave policy. Trust issues. Multiple Director multiple decisions.
