The company was a good platform for learning about daily wage labour’s and small contractors who were working for our project .the balance between work and life was good at this company it was near to my location and job timing was vry convincent

Dislikes

In this company no job security and the growth factor as I was the supervisor and it was vry small company with only two or three projects in their hand

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
