1. HRD is just a name, has no authority of their own. Policies are just for the management to alter as and when needed. 2. No appraisal process, possibly you may end up losing your job before you are due for appraisal. 3. Unnecessary strictness which has no balance with productivity. (usage of mobile phones will cost your job here) 4. Desk warming till late in the evening is an art you are forced to learn here. 5. Work life balance is pathetic, as at the end you are being compared with the business head about his dedication to the company. (irrespective of your designation) 6. Micro management is the online motto of the department (Transmission), no hierarchy leads to open exploitation by the HOD. 7. No platform to discuss/raise issues in the organisation as the HOD is responsible to manipulate the policies as and when required as per his convince. 8. Finding a scapegoat is the best way management tries to come out of their goof ups. 9. Has one of the worst Customer Relationship Management approach.

There is no systematic work process. You will be doing no proper work as everything is old or outdated. You just need to complete the monthly Target without caring about the quality of the material and no proper support from other departments within the job. Only those who are favourite are supported here and workaholics have no respect as they are often gifted with more work or someone else's work with no promotion.

I worked in Karamtara As a Deputy Manager Quality and Faced lot of challenges at the initial stage. Here we will have scope for handling multiple clients both National and International Level. Management and Staff are Good and serious at implementing Safety, 5S, Kaizen and TPM methodologies which will keep your work place always clean and shining. Company Buys Quality Raw Material which is very much important for Improving our Customer feedback and for handling the inspectors with confidence. Good at Cost cost control,Optimum utilization of resources. Salaries for Entry level is good. But For AM and Above need to revise as per the market conditions.

I like nothing working in Karamtara, management is very poor, they never think about your job security.

Dislikes

Being an engineer working in engineering firm is useless, I was getting salary 11800 in hand even after having post graduation degree in mechanical field. I fought for 1 and half year for salary increment but useless, finally I gave up and left the job. How ridiculous it is to say that engineer's salary is equivalent to security guard or may be less than them.
