New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. working enviroment was excellent as well as career growth. Team mates works like family members. No politics at any level , from top management to down below. Owner do not promote & tolerate this practice. Salary / appraisal is apprecitive & timely considered as per market / industry practice / norms. HR is excellent. Job security is not there in the construction / infra division as Management is not bidding actively for infra projects.
