Had a great learning and contributing decade working there. Group employees very knowledgeable teams. Mentors n Manager real leader but then all changed from 2019.

Dislikes

...n, extremely vindictive natured, enhoyed putting up people managers for failure. No strategy no vision just bottom line and hefty annual bonus. Thrive on negative toxic information from lower level employees at pan India distant locations where none of these people traveled. Gossip mongers were encouraged. Many instances in my presence of humiliating senior employees in front if subordinates for reasons which they themselves were part of. Humiliation was a fun activity for these chiefs. Specifically ceo turns day into night to suit his purpose or save his skin in front of chairman. Greatest liar. Reveals so called stratergy secrets himself but blames direct reports for spreading rumours. Prefers unscrupulous employees for shared gains and on books shows clean deeds to naive chairmain who pretends to be strict but is a poor decision maker who couldn't learn from father or great grand father. Wish them luck.

The chain of command is very long thus everything needs time to be done.

Chairman wants to run the company like a pure MNC with 100% focus on Integrity, transparency and employee satisfaction.

1. Politics within departments, this is actually harming the company. 2. Slow decision making progress with long hierarchy of approvals.

Recent past the work culture was fantastic . Obviously the chairman of our company things always the welfare of his employees.

There’s a long hierarchy so if you want to grow at fast pace to higher designations, that may take long commitment.
