Being a small scale organisation you can have an exposure to a vast range of work, you can gain a versatility.

Dislikes

People are uncultured especially in finance team. You have to forget your family.No employees welfare activities are cundected, no perks nothing. Just work. You will feel like a slave.

Being a small organisation tings are bit of transperant unlike large scale corporate company. And some rules are flexible as per your need and requirements.

Dislikes

I got a devil manager. How just screwed my working life. And infrastructure and people behavior is not good. Being in finance team you have to work with your colleagues who are above 45 age. So obviously there will be an attitude problem. And being a non tamilian you ll not receive a warm welcome from your colleagues.
