Worst reporting, passing unnecessary comments, giving away designations and salary to unworthy and withholding genuine candidates increment, lavish figures to people they like..... Late salary ever since pandemic till to date..... Over burdening existing employees without appointing new ones. Giving less travel allowance than requested and making employees spend from their pockets..... Dragging excess spent amount to F and F ....... Not clearing ff people have their f and fs pending for more than a few months

...evel they hire outsiders instead of giving opportunities to current employees. - Salary are depends on funding partners, Company have not backup plan for salary even for 2 months. If Payment get delayed salary will also delay for 30 days or more. - Company don't care about their employees and situation never asked to any support.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.Appraisals are fair and they good salary and bonus every year.

1. Worst management 2. No body help you in proper manner. 3. South indian company that why there is some mis communication and bad behaviour to as a notth indian. They basically think that the whole southern karadipath is very intelligent and always ready to work. But northies aren't. But the fact is they are not giving or assign any big rrponsibilities. Being a education industry they r not looking for to education but always profit.profit. I wish to leave this organisation as soon as possible. No career growth. If u r trainer here for 2 years that 3rd year would be still trainer.

Worst experience for professional.. The person without any thinks and problem solver he will handle three departments. I never seen any such bias in my career Any never see such person who so close to management and say yes for all things He never involved in team activities and even with investors or auditor.he has consultant to.belp and payment will.be cleared to.them on top priority, even they will hold other vendors. Because consultant helping to him to solve all financial queries. There are many worst thing which cannot be tell in this forum Advice to Management Please believe other employees also, it not necessarily that those who are working for 10 years does the great job . And also he is misusing the position in many ways and subordinate. Please don't hire anyone professional and spoil is career. Normally i don't write any review, but this time I am out of control because I never met such worst person
