Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This Bank is Scheduled Co operative Bank..Last year we celebrated century year of this Bank..customer service of Bank is good.. Bank started using latest banking software and latest technology for working easily and fast..so I feel very proud that I am a part of this Bank..

...e use as card payment in POS machine in Mall or petrol station etc like places.. Salary given is very less as compared to the work and working hours.. There is lack of motivation for good work.. We can't get leave when there is need of leave..
