Only top management like MD and directors are good

Overall HOD are not good,product manufactured to be sold in group company hence no market knowledge will get. No proper service network .all old and local peoples are sitting in company . before accepting offer pl get all details of profile

Old HR was supportive to employees.

Dislikes

1) Higher management is parachute landed and not having product knowledge. 2) Newly promoted HR head is of Admin core base. Only taking care of top management. 3) work culture is not good.

KPML is wholly owned subsidiary plant of Kirlosker Brothers Limited.

Dislikes

Tremendous politics!!! There is no any effective system for operation, only mass production without quality. Work-life balance is zero.
