Nothing. They hire interns and give high hopes and false promises about compensation

...ntioned during joining email. They didn’t even give half of it as committed. Made to work long hours which is not problem but didn’t pay for it even after committing in email during joining. Their product is not good and make us say lie to customers. HR people do not respond. Even stipend was not giving every month but only in the last when leave the organisation and that too only 25% and then they say it was based on terms and condition. This is very unprofessional behaviour specially towards interns as they are just starting their career and companies like Kapture CRM demotivates them exploits them. They even forced us to come to ofc when corona virus spread was too high.

1. Organised workflow with plans and strategy. 2. Freedom to complete deadlines, Assigned tasks and pragrammes. 3. No additional work hours or extenions.

Dislikes

1. Lack of importance in certain teams with their role, position, salary pay and incentives. 2. Not any greater skill training provided by the company with respect to the roles.

No process In case of a customer facing role( implementation, support and success) you have to coordinate with tech and product team which is a pain in itself. Most of them are rude and you to after them to discuss the requirements. There was a new leadership team that was hired in May post funding. All the VPs hired have left in less than 6 mon including the one who was there for 5+ years. You will only have to face escalations as tech points are always delayed and mostly by months. The platform is quiet unstable and lot of recurring issue occurs. Sometime it takes months to resolve P0 issues. No hybrid model In case someone from product team is required over a client call trust me its an herculean task to set up a call. You have to beg them for it. In case you take approval then you have to ask for the time, in case you see a empty slot on their calendar and book a slot, they will never join. Yoi need to ask first before booking . How pathetic is this The company is very tech team centric and not customer centric

Pay is Good, Earlier Team was good under Akash kakkar but now it is not the case.

Product is not stable, Not a defined Product Team, Product team in Kapture is like Jira coordinators, No Product Planning and development happens. Overall Boring and no growth

Go for worst work life balance and leave your sanity at home if you want to work with these people , even if you are sick you have to work they appreciate people working from hospital and actually promote such work

Everything is bad and u have to pay for councellor to work for them forget weekend or anything
