Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Kapsun is a best company for my life. I felt very familiar environment in Kapsun. And my boss was very loyalty. This is one of the company where I could work with study. And also my colleague study is continue. And the best company for female I spent 5 years in Kapsun it was awesome. When I left from job I felt that I left my home. It is been 4 month I left job but I can't forget. Company has supported me so much.

All over good company. Growth was good. There is not work pressor. But I can't get more salary I think it was because of my leave. one thing I don't like that I have knowledge of English computer and Gujarati typing but fortwo year my boss give me post of receptionist. It was not good for me and I lost many more my knowledge.
