...th he increased to 23k per month. This is gonna solve all my financial problems. thank you sir for giving me so much salary after working like a dog.

In training period they give around 15k in hand to trainees and after completing training for 3 months the salary is increased from 15 to 20k. for senior associate the salary is 23k and for manager the salary is between 28-30k. I am afraid that CBI might raid us after getting so much money.

The director has no vision. Everyday policy changes ,job security is none and very poorly paying job for the same amount of work as Byjus

The management invests zero on marketing and give cold calling leads to work for and is not at all concerned about the safety of employees and employees satisfaction.

Everything. Politics, unprofessionalism, jealousy & non-supportive environment + NO JOB SECURITY The sales team is irresponsible, incompetent & impossible to work with. Management makes sure to take advantage & work credit from their employees. The founder has no vision & falls for anyone's words.

I don't think there is any positive thing about kapdec India because all I observed in one month is negativity.

Dislikes

The director is very unstable. He hires and fires within some days. I was in training program recently and they did not provided with any trainings. they purchase data illegally and lie about registration. They are just playing with students career.

Everything is good in terms of culture and work environment .... Every company wants revenue and if you do not fulfil it then it's upto your job .... thank you kapdec for everything

Nothing to dislike from my domain ...everyone is supportive ...Director is awesome and like a family member
