I really enjoy working at Kantech Solution Pvt. Ltd. because there’s a family-like vibe here alongside the work. There’s no pressure, and all the seniors are very friendly. Everyone is very helpful, making it the best company I’ve ever worked at.

To much Company policies, management is average for me, Work culture is good for my team because of my TL and team members are very helpful, we have job security because of my one and only our excellent owner and I have a one supportive person from our management Mr. Tapas Mandal he is all time support and encourage my work. Overall company work experience is Good.

Dislikes

I can't dislike anything because this is my second home but, if will work encourage more support gives from management then more batter for us and please stop politics we are all same in this home. If Higher authority perception belongs to same for all employees so, we are helping each other for any time and any situation and I think its very helpful for our company.
