1.No work life balance mostly above 18hr of work per day. 2.Tremendous office politics and no skills development. 3. Increment issues and manager work management issues. 4. Taking leave problem. 5. Very poor HR supports. 6. Managers are not supportive and appreciating for your work. 7. Saturday Sunday off day you need to work also.

Good for freshers to get experience on live projects. Good work life balance but it can vary from team to team. Flexible working hours.

Very low compensation and annual hikes. No employee benifits on top of CTC.

Nothing much to be honest. The pay is good for a fresher but then you realize that the growth is stringent. Like the work. But the culture is extremely toxic.

Zero Work-life balance. Passive aggressive micro managing bosses.
