Before starting off I would mention that company provides a great environment to learn new skills. People are highly competitive, probably you will find few bad people but that is the case in every org. Few more good points are as below: 1. Work-Life Balance 2. Good place to start off your corporate career 3. Exciting team collaboration activities - instead of spending so much on collaboration activities, they should give people good salaries, that might help them bring down attrition 4. Secured job 5. Highly skilled crowd - Some people are actually good, but such people do not stay in the firm for long.

... bearable considering the industry 2. Political environment 3. Redundant work 4. Very less salary across levels as per industry standards 5. Top management-centric teams - you won't get much leadership exposure at the junior or mid-level positions, which is the biggest drawback. 6. Very few leaves - people get leaves based on manager favoritism 7. High attrition - some teams have very high yearly attrition, as high as 25%

For a fresher its a great place to learn some basics of Analysis if you are in the right team. Even if you are from a different background you will learn here almost everything by yourself. And to mention no such specialized training facility is provided here.

The compensation. Some people will get higher salary for the same work. They differentiate their employee basis there self assumed list of colleges which you come from and will put you in some self assumed pay scale and that will become their excuse for not giving bigger increments. The review system: The overall reviews must be in a bell shaped curve i.e. there must be some people who will get 1 star. Most of them will get 3 and very few will get 5/5. So, if you work 18 hours daily, you will get 5. The Awards: This is actually controversial. But they give awards to the late nighters. It is actually good to award your most working employee. But at the same time you are encouraging people to work extra hours beyond their set timings and without any compensation for that extra hour. Resulting: Company promoting very bad work/life balance.
