...nment is pathetic as it's a sheet metal company lot of noise in the surrounding. For a engineer salary is not up to the expectation & appraisal is 500/1000 per year but if someone is not getting job then for starting experience its ok. People do back biting & lot of politics. No traveling. Learning is on individual mind as if someone want to learn can learn anywhere.

They Give one time meal but their is no quality food & hygiene.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable .

compensation is decent , but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high .

It's third class industry to work no any management is there in kansal industry

Only relatives and references people's are working either he is no relevant exp and you can not say anything regarding his work

I don't who work form long time but they don't have value that person who always gives 100% for his work and not increasing the salary that person

It is great place to start career as Fresher. Lot of opportunities to learn and improve the skill set as an employee and individual. Management in good and have Good policies for employees as well.
