There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't solved our issues or problems. Not satisfied with salary career growth is slow. Not getting any increment. And company don't give any facilities for staff.

Nerolac is so good.It's an old company and satisfied by coustomer with there work preference.It's so good in culture also.In all about the benefits are higher and good.

It's management process is some time bad also the salary problem and in ranking form is kinda down.

Leave policy - sandwich leave as company believes in non employee friendly HR policies. 5. Notice period - strictly 90 days of notice period as no relaxation in notice period allow from company.

1.Poor and cheap in Salary Payment. 2. Senior Managers with hold salaries for bribes and benefits 3.Working hours in Sales-12-15 hrs. No incentives and No perks 4. No career growth in company. Pressure Cooker culture. 5.Rotten Top Management and No future prospects for employees.
