Work life balance is good but factory is too far from city which consume a lot of time.

Worst company with worst policies. No policy is made keeping employee in mind. Example : if you meet with some accident and don't come for 1 month then deduction is not limited to your entire month in account salary but you have to pay additionally for that. Since nerolac is having policy of gross pay deduction & basic pay encashment. In some roles (no logical reason) they will get you a legal agreement singed (one sided only) of xyz amount for xyz months. But no single skill enhancement or training such kind of thing happens at nerolac. Management /HR literally don't have ethical values. A typical Lala company with MNC tag.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

While coming to compensation and benefits we can expect maximum upto 6% growth. Even after getting promotion I got only 7% increment in such junior level.

Kansai Nerolac paint is a good company for a start ur career. We proud to be a nerolite. Teammates are good in all section. He is very carying and helpful. Some seniors have lot of experience. Team HR has conducted many training time to time.medical policies are good. 100 % job security if u r working honestly.

We have some problem regarding to salary structure and appraisal policy.

Nerolac is so good.It's an old company and satisfied by coustomer with there work preference.It's so good in culture also.In all about the benefits are higher and good.

It's management process is some time bad also the salary problem and in ranking form is kinda down.
