Employees discrimination. Work culture Appraisal system very poor Top management Involvanace it to much. Management want to everything but they never appreciate of the work not given designation as per your skills.

Be Cautious, you can get fired at anytime for any reason. Creating various scenario of fear among employees.

Heartless Present Management, Favourite expense head of Cost cutting is Salary head by way of firing there employees. No will trust the management.
