There is a lot of things to learn because being so old problem keep occurring.Despite being so old it's performance is still good.Urea quality is good(i.e. less moisture and less biuret formation)

Dislikes

There is a lot of discremination here including promotion and salary.Some get very high salary while some get very low.Bad management with no vision.Nobody listen to you at all.

... Unavailability of basic necessities like health plans and living accommodation. For Engineers there is no overtime compensation but if you complete 8 hrs extra per day you get one earned leave. But say you stay 3 or 4 hrs extra, that doesn't mount to anything.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcode for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they giye good salary hike and bonus every year.

...s indeed a good company which provides excellent exposure to freshers specially.The only concern is annual pay revision which it is not good at.Good staff,Helpful and co-operative nature helps you to get into comfort zone.

...duction, so for learning it's very good because other plant r totally automated.for salary point of view it's average because it's a Jaypee group firm .company is not providing any tours.poltics is too much here because of company policies (blood relations r allowed here to work), learning is good because it's a fundamental plant so u can gain knowledge ,work environment is not so satisfactory (average),yeah very innovative because u can do modification.work life balance is quite satisfactory 2 days morning ,2 days evening and 2 days night shift in a week ,there is lot of in between time...no township instead of hostle

Job security because of current power consumption vs government deadline...no township,zym,swiming pool,playing facilities..no extra curricular activities...humiliating Hr management and company policies... changeable policies according to company benefits.etc
