For learning aspect it is good company to start career . Challenging work duty which nourishing skills of engineer.

Dislikes

Career growth salary hike is very low and product is not set since 30 years so much pressure from upper management . No proper training given for new joining . Average age of production staff is 45 years so difficult to deal with them

Dislikes

Employees (specifically Chemical Engineers) are treated like animals by the HR team. There is no support for meritorious employees in the department and the freshers recruited into the organisation are mostly the ones with referrals from company employees and they are good for nothing. No skill building sessions are conducted by the organisation. Outdated technologies are being used even in newly commissioned plants. These scenarios have tarnished the work culture of the company and it is definitely not a place for "ENGINEERS" to grow.

The hierarchy is very plain and we can even contact the CEO very easily. We can grow quickly and ample opportunities will be provided for your personal growth if you show interest in learning and taking up new responsibilities. Job security is good as company will not think of removing the people who served them even though they are not up to mark.

Dislikes

The company wont let you take decisions on your own and will insist on following the same procedure and is very much restraining to new changes. Conventional way of management. No Facilities from company side except for the CTC. No canteen facility. No flexible timings for Admin Functions even occasionally also. You are expected to work long hours on daily basis.

Ankleshwar plant - As a fresher it is one of the best company to start, I definitely gain lot of knowledge, technical skills & continuous improvement culture. It was general shift job as a trainee but management consider trainees but support to learn make them as capable of permanent employee within short span of time which is good for personal professional growth & knowledge. I assure that person learn from here will not lack in other organizations make you confident person for lifetime. Good culture fest related to sports are organized at big level. Continuous learning environment. Employees are good guide for information related to their field.

Dislikes

Ankleshwar plant - Safety is number one draw back of company. Bad safety culture, not following work permit seriously by production department. management is very cruel for not giving safety shoes even after broken, says we don't have shoes work in plant in this shoes. After many complaints they offered me used pair of shoes.Only one pair is given per year if broken company will give next year till that employees have to manage. Bad work life balance. No transportation. No uniform, I card, this year started by them.
