Do a favour on yourself by not joining them as you will see 0% Job security in Middle East and India region and if you dont believe then do a small research on Job Security and please dont come on Business Visa the salary range is from 3K to 10K Sar in Saudi for the same position, same experience and you have to negotiate also for IT sales you will work like you are in a call centre and not a IT Company because they behave like a call center

Since there isn't anyone in the technical team as the sales boasts, you yourself becomes the presales guy, the PMO coordinator, the Technical team coordinator, the finance coordinator, renewal guy as well as the payment collection guy. You would understand how not to run a company

Extremely limited resources in the Technical Team. Unethical sales. Poor Management style

It's okie to join as a fresher, technical experienced candidates will suffer a lot. And also do not join as a pre-sales/ sales engineer from technical background.

Experienced candidates not recognized, juniors are much arrogant ... VIT dominance....they should understand that Experienced Candidates are also techie guys ..... Worst HR experience.
