There is a lack of accountability, apathy towards employees, a bureaucratic mess, and toxic leadership from a general manager and the cronies associated with this office.

The intimidating atmosphere during my meetings, where relevant documents were pulled out to discredit me, clearly showed that they were not interested in fairness but rather in silencing me. Their body language, veiled threats, and dismissive attitudes further reinforced the toxic culture I was entangled in. The most shocking moment came when I received a baseless accusation in an official document. A mere salary inquiry had spiraled into an attempt to malign my reputation and character.
