They don't pay salaries on time, irrespective of how many times you reach out to HR and the founder Syam . I have been following up with since months for my payment. Please save yourself sometime and don't join this company if you want to get paid.

Company culture if good . Colleagues are very helpful except team lead lalita (She is also good but work load on her make her to not wasting time on her juniors).

Dislikes

Management politics. Anita is very rude and unnecessary fire people by doing dirty politics . No work life balance . No humanity for developers . They want us to work even on sat and sun without paying them for that . Work load in infinite . Please never join as a Developer it is good for you. Yeah otherwise join any department it is not so frustating. But I said "Never" join as a Developer here.
