...totally scam no guidance no team work, few people but work environment is toxic. They have many reasons for holding your salary. Materials for office purpose have to buy by own money.

Likes

Company is good in terms of security. Time to time salary giving that is plus point. Management is slow in terms of profetional proposals. Some people are creating gaps for smooth coordination. Over all good one for experience but not good for promotion or seniority after 1 to 2 years working span.

no incentives they only prefer HO people only selected every benefits to them only all credits goes to only 4-5 selected people HR and HOD is doing partiality if you say some thing then they will do anything to fire from job

...managers if you thing out of your manager brain means you will get out next day. If you are relative to the manager means don't want to work simplely do makeup and come sit go that all salary bones will credit into your account automatically. There were they keep one goat to do all work. If they don't want means, send off from the company. So please don't go to this company salary also not credited in time no bones no celebration very worst company I ever seen in my life

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend working at Kanan International. There were several challenges, including poor management, lack of growth opportunities , which made it a difficult workplace.

Dislikes

Kanan International has serious issues with work-life balance. Salaries are often delayed, and despite having an incentive structure, incentives are rarely given. Upper management is biased, and office politics is widespread, making the work environment toxic. Overall, I would not recommend working here.
