Favouritism of all forms in all aspects well concealed. Actually taken for a ride wherein deserving employees are not recognised as there is red tapism and everyone is too eager to please which seems to be the accepted norm. Promotions & Bonus payments are For a chosen few, a farce. There is a group which does witch hunting and just cant be outspoken. Regionalistic & Community/Religion based preference is evident and has corroded the good old systems., due to the top to down approach wherein one cant express ideas freely and be open minded.
