...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Kamuna is working as a investment company , it investment are two way RD and FD, and team work in nine States of India ,

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes , I have to work 12 to 15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

Respected sir, Good training program originated for the team members.good coordination and have family atmosphere .

... secured but career growth is in officer level on very higher experience base. But salary is very little bit in growth after a year long for the computer operator or cashier. Rest over all is very good

Irrespective of the capability, education and skill set one can excel here and survive for long with good compensations just on basis of luck and rapport with power owner.

The barberic way of leading and centralisation of decision making authority creates friction in smooth operations of an individual.

I don't things I dislike this company but what I want actually their is no . I want work to more hard and growth of myself.
