...ture is blind working. Management staff having no any vision about organization. Late salary. No any transparency about HR documents.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

All departments HOD's and all departments Manager staff is arrogant. HR policies is very bad. No clarity about CTC structure and Policies. No any type of mediclaim facility. Don't join this company.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
